Our main data center is Wow! Business, previously E Solutions, in the center of Tampa. It is highly secure (both PCI and HIPAA-compliant) and well-connected, as well as being close to our main office. Here we currently house all our public services.
The Beauharnois datacenter, located in Quebec, serves as our primary off-site backup location. Changed data is copied at least once a day from our Florida data center.
We use R1Soft server backup manager to provide you with multiple daily backups, up to four a day which you can access yourself from a user-friendly control panel.
